Malik was born on May 11, 2004, in New Orleans, Louisiana, and his life was tragically cut short due to a motorcycle accident. Although his time with us was brief, his impact was profound and lasting. Malik was a bright light in the lives of those who knew him. His vibrant personality was infectious, and he was known for his humor and the joy he brought into every room. He was a devoted father to his son, Messiah Foster, with whom he shared a love for boxing. Malik was not only Messiah’s dad but also his friend and mentor, sharing countless hours teaching and bonding over their shared interests. Family was at the core of Malik’s being. Raised by his loving mother, Michelle Foster, and his guardian, Shantione Jackson, Malik learned the values of love, support, and togetherness. He shared these values with his siblings, Makayla Foster, Jevon Foster, Mikel Foster, Malaysia Dumas, and Amire Jackson. Malik's playful nature and silly antics brought laughter and warmth to his family, creating memories that will be cherished forever. Malik had a passion for riding motorcycles, a hobby that brought him great joy and a sense of freedom. He often spoke of the thrill and serenity he found on the open road, a place where he felt most himself. A memorial service to celebrate Malik’s life will be held on August 15, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Missouri City Baptist Church, located at 16816 Park Drive, Missouri City, TX 77489. Friends and family are invited to come together in remembrance of a life well-lived and a soul deeply loved. In this time of grief, the family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported Malik’s journey. Your kindness and compassion have been a beacon of comfort and strength.
