Lynda Gail Ashcraft
September 12, 1969 — May 20, 2026
It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Lynda Gail Ashcraft, who left this world on May 20, 2026, at her cherished home, surrounded by the love of her family, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on September 12, 1969, in the gentle embrace of West Memphis, Arkansas, Lynda's life was a tapestry of love, resilience, and unwavering dedication to those she held dear.
Lynda was the beloved daughter of the late Jimmy and Peggy Lepard, whose love and guidance shaped her into the remarkable woman she became. She was predeceased by her cherished granddaughters, Abbi Grace Ashcraft and Fallon Claire Ashcraft, who now embrace her in heaven.
Lynda's journey on this earth was one defined by love, laughter, and a profound commitment to her family. For 39 beautiful years, she shared an unbreakable bond with her devoted husband, Tony Ashcraft, building a life together filled with treasured memories and unwavering companionship. Their union was blessed with three wonderful children: Haley Ashcraft (Kody), Bret Ashcraft, and Kasey Ashcraft (Cody), each carrying forward the legacy of love and strength that Lynda instilled in them.
A sister, confidante, and friend, Lynda leaves behind her sisters, Kim Dorough and Tammy Hardin, and her brother, Jimmy Lepard Jr., who will forever cherish the memories of shared laughter and family gatherings. Her love extended to her grandchildren—Zachary, Reece, Abbi, and Navy—who were the light of her life and brought immense joy to her days.
Lynda's spirit was a gentle force, nurturing and compassionate, and she touched the lives of all who had the privilege to know her. Her legacy is one of kindness, resilience, and an enduring love that will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.
The family invites friends and loved ones to join in a celebration of Lynda's life, where stories will be shared, and her memory honored in a spirit of love and gratitude. Details of the service will be shared at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Lynda's memory to cancer research, in hopes of bringing light to others facing the same battle she fought with such grace and dignity.
As we say goodbye to Lynda, we remember her not with sorrow, but with the joy and love she so freely gave. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved her, carrying her legacy forward with each new day. Rest peacefully, dear Lynda, in the arms of those who have gone before, your journey complete, and your love eternal.
