Lugenia's career as a nursing transporter at Blair House for over 15 years allowed her to fulfill her passion for helping others. Her colleagues and the patients she cared for admired her dedication and gentle spirit. Outside of her professional life, Lugenia was a devoted member of the Stamp Branch Baptist Church in Warrenton, Georgia, where she served on the Usher Board. Her faith was a cornerstone of her life, guiding her in her mission to uplift and support those around her.
In her leisure time, Lugenia was an avid fisher, a skilled card player, and a culinary artist who delighted in cooking for family gatherings. She relished vacationing with her loved ones, creating cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of all who shared those times with her.
