Lyrical A'myra Horton

May 8, 2023 — October 13, 2026

With hearts full of love and sorrow, we remember our precious Lyrical A’myra Horton, who passed away on October 13, 2026, at just three years old. Born on May 8, 2023, in Memphis, TN, Lyrical brought a love beyond words into the lives of her mother, Terriana Clark, her father, Lloyd Horton, and her two siblings, Laila Horton and Lloyd Horton Jr. Three years could never be enough, but every moment we shared will always be precious to us. We will remember Lyrical in the little things that made our days together special: her laughter, energy, and her ability to always smile and make others smile. Lyrical was curious, playful, and gentle, and loved to watch Peppa Pig or playing patty cake with anyone she touched. One memory we will carry with us always is the first day we were able to bring her home from the hospital after such a long wait. Whether enjoying her favorite show or simply bringing joy through laughter, these are the moments we wish we could hold just a little longer. Lyrical will forever be loved and deeply missed by parents Terriana Clark & Lloyd Horton; siblings Laila & Junior Horton; maternal grandparents Ashley Dabney & Terry Gaston; paternal Grandparents Lacoco Pirtle & Lloyd Horton Jr.; and many great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Each of us holds special memories of Lyrical, and we will keep them close together. We will love you for all of our lives. A message from her parents - A Daughter Forever Loved: Lyrical was the precious daughter of Terriana Clark and Lloyd Horton Sr. To Mom and Dad, she was more than a daughter—she was a beautiful gift, a piece of their hearts, and a love that can never be replaced. To her daddy, Lyrical will always be his baby girl. She was truly a daddy’s girl, and the special bond they shared will live forever in his heart. He will carry every smile, every hug, and every memory of his little girl with him always. To her mommy, Lyrical was a precious part of her heart and soul. Her love changed Mom’s life forever. Though saying goodbye brings a pain too deep for words, nothing can ever take away the love and memories they shared. Mom and Dad will miss Lyrical more than words can say. Their love for her will never end. She will live forever in their hearts, in their memories, and in every tear and smile that comes when they think of their beautiful daughter. Your joyful smile will forever be remembered. A message from her grandparents: Lyrical’s grandparents loved her deeply. She brought a special joy to their family and gave them memories they will always carry in their hearts. Her smile, her little hand, and her presence made ordinary moments feel precious. Lyrical was deeply loved and can never be replaced. Though their time with her was far too short, the love they shared will last forever. May her grandparents find comfort in knowing that Lyrical will always be a part of them, held close in their hearts and remembered with love.

Let Me Go

When I come to the end of the road, And the sun has set for me, I want no rites in a gloom-filled room, Why cry for a soul set free? Miss me a little, but not too long, And not with your head bowed low. Remember the love that we once shared, Miss me, but let me go. For this is a journey we all must take, And each must go alone. It's all a part of the Master's plan, A step on the road to home. When you are lonely and sick of heart, Go to the friends we know, And bury your sorrows in doing good deeds. Miss me, but let me go.

Special Thanks

The family of our loved one extends heartfelt gratitude for your prayers, support, and kindness during this time.
