Loved One

Lorenzo Anthony Williams Jr was born on June 19, 1955 to Lorenzo and Mary Williams S.r in Selma, Alabama. He earned the name of Butch when he was younger for his size and his appetite. He loved to cook, but mostly he loved to eat. Butch graduated from Clovis High School in Clovis, NM in 1973 and then went to college on a basketball scholarship. He there earned his associate's degree. After college, Lorenzo joined the USAF. He had his own business L&L Trucking that he owned and operated until his death. Life, Love, Laughter and Family meant everything to Lorenzo. Of all that he has accomplished, his greatest joy was being a father to Anthony (Dizzi) and Andre (Dre). And the cream of the crop and only girl, his granddaughter Alina, whom he loved with his Butch was preceded in death by his parents, Lorenzo and Mary Williams Sr. and his son Andre (Dre) WIlliams. Left to mourn his death are his two sisters, Cassandra (Don) Parsons of Spring Lake, NC, sister Greta Blackshear, Cincinnati, OH,and Brother Cedric Williams of CLovis, NM and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
