In Loving Memory

Lori Bobot
October 22, 1955 — September 18, 2026
With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we announce the passing of Lori Bobot, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and accomplished businesswoman. Lori passed away peacefully on September 18, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.
Born on October 22, 1955, in the Bronx, New York, Lori was the cherished daughter of Charles Rosenberg and Ann Schulman. Lori shared 50 wonderful years of marriage with her devoted husband, Michael. Their life together was built on love, laughter, commitment, and unwavering companionship. Through the years, they created a beautiful life and a loving family that meant everything to Lori.
Lori was a loving and devoted mother to her daughter, Lisa. When Lisa married Scott Purks, Lori welcomed Scott into the family, and over the years they shared not only a close family bond but also a remarkable professional partnership.
One of Lori’s greatest joys came in 2012 with the arrival of her grandchildren, Ava and Benjamin. Being their grandmother meant the world to her. Her love for them was endless, and they brought a special kind of happiness to her life that could never be measured. The memories they shared with their grandmother will always be a precious part of her legacy.
Lori’s professional life was also an important part of who she was. Alongside her son-in-law, Scott, she helped build an incredibly successful business through years of hard work, determination, intelligence, and entrepreneurial spirit. Her dedication and work ethic earned the admiration of her family, colleagues, and all those fortunate enough to work alongside her.
Beyond her accomplishments, Lori will be remembered most for the love she gave to her family, the strength with which she lived her life, and the lasting impression she made on those around her. She was a woman of determination, generosity, and perseverance whose presence will be deeply missed.
Lori leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, perseverance, and devotion to family. Although she will be deeply missed, the memories she created and the love she gave will remain forever in the hearts of her family and friends.
The family extends its heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has offered their love, kindness, and support during this difficult time. Your compassion has been a tremendous source of comfort and strength.
Following the memorial service, family and friends are invited to gather for a reception at the home of Lisa and Scott Purks at 20990 Shady Vista Lane, Boca Raton, Florida 33428. All are welcome.
