In Loving Memory of Lois Louise Freeman
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Lois Louise Freeman, a beloved daughter, mother, sister, and friend. Lois left this world in peace on May 17, 2026, just days before her 48th birthday. Born on May 26, 1978, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Lois graced us with her presence and left an indelible mark on all who were fortunate to know her.
Lois was the cherished daughter of Lois Mae Freeman and the late Steve Freeman. She was a devoted sister to Lisa Mae of Rose and Melissa Polak of Tulsa, and a loving sister to her brother, Stevie, also of Rose. Preceded in death by her father Steve, sister April Smith, grandmother JoAnn, uncle Edward Howard, and aunts Linda Mae and Maude Elizabeth, Lois now joins them in eternal rest.
Lois's greatest pride and joy were her children—Gracey Ann of Tulsa, Katy Ann of North Carolina, and Bryan Michael of Missouri—each of whom carries forward her legacy of love and kindness. Her two grandchildren brought her immense happiness and laughter, and she cherished every moment spent with them.
Lois dedicated over 25 years of her life to her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where her compassionate spirit and selfless care touched countless lives. Her unwavering commitment to helping others was evident in her daily work and the lives she changed with her gentle touch.
Beyond her professional life, Lois had a deep love for sunflowers, which mirrored her sunny disposition and warmth. Her family was her world, and she found joy in their gatherings, always the heart of every celebration.
A private funeral ceremony will honor Lois's life, as was her wish. During this time, we reflect on her journey with love and gratitude for the moments shared and the memories made.
In remembrance of Lois, the family shares this special message: "The Family would like to thank everyone for their loving, caring words and compassion. Your presence and support have provided comfort during this difficult time."
We invite friends and family to join us in prayer, reflecting on the words of "The Lord's Prayer," which offered solace to Lois throughout her journey:
"Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever and ever. Amen."
The family of Lois Louise Freeman extends heartfelt gratitude for your prayers, support, and kindness during this time. Your love has brought comfort and strength, reminding us of the beauty Lois brought into our lives. Thank you for your kindness, prayers, and support during this difficult time. As we remember Lois, your support has brought us comfort, and we are deeply grateful for your presence and love.
May her soul rest in eternal peace, and may her memory forever be a blessing to us all.
