It is with heavy hearts and profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Lois Louise Freeman, a beloved daughter, sister, mother, and friend, who left this world in peace on May 17, 2026, just shy of her 48th birthday. Born on May 26, 1978, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Lois was a beacon of warmth and compassion to all who knew her. Lois was the cherished daughter of Lois Mae Freeman and the late Steve Freeman. She was a loving sister to Lisa Mae of Rose, Melissa Polak of Tulsa, and Stevie of Rose. Lois's life was enriched by her children, Gracey Ann of Tulsa, Katy Ann of North Carolina, and Bryan Michael of Missouri, who were the light of her life. Her legacy continues through her two precious grandchildren, whom she adored. Lois's nurturing spirit was evident in her over 25-year career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Her dedication to caregiving was not just a profession but a calling that she fulfilled with grace and empathy. Her colleagues and patients alike were touched by her gentle touch and unwavering commitment to their well-being. Her love for sunflowers reflected her bright and sunny disposition, a love she passed on to her family. Lois found joy in the simple pleasures of life and dedicated her time to creating a loving home filled with laughter and warmth. Her family will forever cherish the memories of her unwavering support and boundless love. Lois was predeceased by her father, Steve Freeman, her sister, April Smith, her grandmother, JoAnn Howard, her uncle Edward Howard, her grandfather, Edward Howard Weaver, and two beloved aunts, Linda Mae and Maude Elizabeth. Their memories live on through the stories and love that Lois carried in her heart. A private ceremony will be held to honor Lois's life and bid farewell to a remarkable woman who touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations to be made in Lois's name to a charity of your choice, reflecting her generous spirit and love for helping others. Lois Louise Freeman will be dearly missed, but her legacy of love, kindness, and compassion will continue to inspire all who knew her. May she rest in eternal peace, surrounded by sunflowers and the love of her family.
