Lisa slipped away peacefully, enveloped in the love of her family, at her home in Adrian, MI, the very town where her life began on May 3, 1960. Born to Bobby and Esther Baughey, Lisa was a cherished daughter and sister. Her early life in Adrian was marked by her vibrant spirit and the deep bonds she shared with her family. She was predeceased by her beloved parents, her brother Paul Baughey, and her infant daughter Jessica L. Dorgan, whose memories she held close to her heart throughout her life. Lisa's journey was deeply intertwined with her high school sweetheart and devoted husband, Jerry L. Dorgan, with whom she celebrated over 46 years of marriage. Their love story began at Walter P Chrysler High School, where Lisa graduated in 1978, setting the foundation for a lifetime of shared dreams and unwavering partnership. They married on October 20, 1979, and together they nurtured a family filled with love and warmth. Lisa was the proud and devoted mother of Shawn M. Dorgan and Kyle L. Dorgan, who, along with Kyle's partner Zoie, were the light of her life. Her heart overflowed with pride and joy for her three grandchildren, who brought her immeasurable happiness and whom she adored deeply. Throughout her life, Lisa was known for her loyalty and perseverance, qualities that were evident in both her personal and professional life. She dedicated many years to her career as a restaurant manager, where her unwavering commitment and work ethic left an indelible mark on colleagues and patrons alike. Beyond her professional achievements, Lisa's true passions lay in her family and her faith. Her home was a sanctuary filled with the warmth of her crocheting, knitting, and sewing creations. She found solace and strength in reading the Bible, embracing her faith with a devotion that guided her through life's joys and challenges. Lisa's greatest joy came from spending time with her grandchildren, who were her pride and joy, and she cherished every moment shared with them. Lisa is survived by her loving husband, Jerry, her cherished sons, Shawn and Kyle, and her dear brother, Philip A. Baughey. Her legacy of love, resilience, and unwavering faith will forever guide and comfort her family and friends.
