July 7, 1983 — June 29, 2026

Lindsey Jannelle Mundy, a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, left this world to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on June 29, 2026. Born on July 7, 1983, in Logansport, Indiana, Lindsey brought light and love to all those around her throughout her 42 years of life. Lindsey was the cherished daughter of Kevin L. and Brenda Mundy. She is survived by her parents, loving sister and brother-in-law, Heather and Bryant Wells, and her adored nieces, Haylee, Ashlynn, and Alyssa Jade Wells, all residing in North Carolina. Her family circle extended to many cousins and dear friends, who were blessed by her presence and the warmth she shared. Lindsey's early years were spent in Fulton, Indiana, where she graduated from Caston School Corporation. After moving to Lehigh Acres, Florida, in 2012, she furthered her education by taking classes at Keiser University. Lindsey's career was marked by her dedication to nurturing and caring for others. She worked in child care and later found her calling in lighting and sound at her church, where she was deeply involved in various committees and activities. Her life was a testament to kindness and generosity, always seeking ways to uplift and bless others. Lindsey cherished her time spent supporting her nieces at their volleyball games, traveling any distance to cheer them on. Her love for the beach was a constant throughout her life, often shared with her Uncle Wes, one of her dearest friends. They relished their seaside adventures and playful stops at amusement parks. In her passing, Lindsey continued her legacy of giving by donating her organs through Life Link, offering the gift of life to others in need. A service to celebrate Lindsey's life will be held on July 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Rise Church, located at 50 Bell Blvd., Lehigh Acres, Florida 33936. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of a life beautifully lived and deeply loved. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the Lehigh Acres First Responders for their swift and compassionate actions, as well as the GulfCoast Trauma Hospital ICU team for their dedicated care. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Rise Church Expansion Program at 50 Bell Blvd., Lehigh Acres, Florida, in Lindsey's memory. Her spirit of generosity continues to inspire all who knew her, and she will be profoundly missed by all those whose lives she touched.
