Linda was the beloved daughter of Marcel and Katherine Baudizzon, who instilled in her the values of kindness and resilience. She was predeceased by her devoted husband, Luther McPherson, her parents, her brother Ronnie Baudizzon, and her sister Sherry Garberich-Brockus, whose memories she cherished deeply. A proud graduate of the class of 1962, Linda was a dedicated professional who made a significant mark in the defense industry. As the Director of Contracts, her meticulous nature and strong leadership skills earned her the respect and admiration of her colleagues until her well-deserved retirement in 2010. In her retirement, Linda found solace and joy in the simple pleasures of life. She had a profound love for nature, often spending her days tending to her lush garden and engaging in heartfelt conversations with her neighbors. Her home was a sanctuary for rescue dogs, who found warmth and love in her gentle embrace as she relaxed with a good book in her recliner. Though her departure leaves an irreplaceable void, Linda's legacy of compassion and love endures. Her life was a testament to the power of kindness and the beauty of living with purpose and joy. A private funeral ceremony will be held to honor Linda's life, as per her wishes. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in her memory to the Daisy Lu Ranch Senior Dog Sanctuary, a cause dear to Linda's heart, reflecting her lifelong dedication to the care and well-being of her canine companions.
