In Loving Memory

Linda Lou Adams
April 22, 1948 — September 26, 2026
Linda, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 26, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on April 22, 1948, in Charleston, West Virginia, she was the cherished daughter of Carl and Willow Dean Hudson. Linda was predeceased by her parents; her brothers Dennis, Roger, and Carl E. Hudson; and her twin sister, Caren Sue Hudson.
Linda's life was a testament to strength, love, and kindness. As a dedicated secretary and bookkeeper, she served the University of Virginia in the Pathology Department and later at the UVA Press until her retirement in 1991. Her commitment to her work was matched only by her devotion to her family.
She leaves behind her children, Hollie Michele Hall and Ronald Clifford Adams, who were the light of her life. Linda was a proud grandmother to five grandchildren: Morgan Kymberlyn Cuascut, Devyn Kiara Stouffer, Caleb Adams, Joseph Adams, and Abigail Adams. She also rejoiced in the joy of three great-grandchild, whose presence was a source of immense pride and happiness.
Linda's family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Chelsea Rehabilitation and Nursing Facility in Goochland County, Virginia, for their compassionate care. She often spoke fondly of the nurses, CNAs, and staff who made her feel cherished and at home.
Thank you for your kindness, prayers, and support. As we remember Linda, your love has brought us comfort. We are deeply grateful for your presence in our lives.
