In Loving Memory

Lily Bloom Foley
September 11, 2026 — October 18, 2026
With deep sadness and hearts full of gratitude for the brief yet profound time shared, we announce the passing of our cherished daughter, Lily Bloom Foley. Born on September 11, 2026, in Mobile, Alabama, Lily was a radiant light in our lives, her presence felt deeply by all who were fortunate enough to hold her in their hearts.
Though her time with us was brief, Lily's impact was immeasurable. She possessed a remarkable strength of spirit, a trait evident from her very first days. Those who held her tiny hand were often greeted with a firm squeeze, a small gesture that spoke volumes of her vibrant spirit and her will to connect with the world around her. Her strength and resilience were sources of inspiration to all who knew her.
Lily was the beloved daughter of Thomas and Dana Elcar Foley, who cherished every moment spent with their precious girl. As parents, we are eternally grateful for the gift of being able to call her our daughter, even if only for a short time. She taught us the true meaning of love, courage, and resilience, lessons we will carry in our hearts forever.
We wish to extend our heartfelt thanks to our church family and friends in the USA and the Philippines for their unwavering prayers and support during this time. We are also deeply appreciative of the NICU nurses and doctors at USA and UAB for their compassionate care and dedication in looking after Lily.
A service to celebrate Lily's life will be held on October 26, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at More Life United Pentecostal Church, located at 12471 Creel Rd, Grand Bay, AL 36541. We invite all those who have been touched by Lily's life to join us in remembering her and celebrating the love she brought into our lives.
Lily Bloom Foley may have been with us for a brief moment, but her memory will linger, a beautiful reminder of the purity and strength of a spirit touched by grace. May she rest in peace, eternally cradled in the arms of angels.
