February 6, 2011 — June 17, 2026

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Lillian Toliver, who left this world far too soon on June 17, 2026. Born on February 6, 2011, in Olney, Illinois, Lillian was the cherished daughter of Cheryl and Ryan Toliver. Her life, though brief, was filled with love, laughter, and a dedication to the well-being of others. Lillian's journey through life was marked by her unwavering compassion and commitment to helping those around her. A graduate of Richland County High School, she continued her education at Eastern Illinois University, where she pursued a degree in psychology. Her passion for understanding the human mind and her empathy for those in need led her to a fulfilling career as a psychologist. Lillian worked tirelessly with both children and adults, offering support and guidance to those struggling with mental health challenges. Her impact on her community was profound, and her legacy will continue through the countless lives she touched. In addition to her professional endeavors, Lillian was an active volunteer, always ready to lend a helping hand wherever it was needed. Her contributions to the community were invaluable, and she will be remembered as a beacon of kindness and generosity. Lillian was an artist at heart, finding solace and joy in painting and drawing. Her creations were a reflection of the beauty she saw in the world. She also possessed a voice that many described as angelic, captivating all who had the privilege of hearing her sing. Now, as she joins the heavenly choir, her melodies will forever echo in our hearts. Known for her contagious smile and positive, reassuring words, Lillian was a source of strength and comfort to everyone she met. She had an innate ability to be present for others, whether offering a listening ear for a small worry or standing by someone during life's greatest challenges. A service celebrating Lillian's life will be held on June 21, 2026, at 11:37 PM at Holiday World, 124 Main St, Alabama. The family invites all who knew and loved Lillian to join them in remembering the beautiful person she was. Cheryl and Ryan Toliver wish to share a special message with those who gather to honor their daughter: Lillian's last words were, "I told you this was a horrible idea. I hate roller coasters." Though spoken in jest, these words reflect the humor and honesty that Lillian brought to every situation. Lillian's untimely departure has left a void that can never be filled, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her. As we say goodbye to our dear Lillian, we hold on to the cherished memories and the love she shared with us all. Rest in peace, sweet Lillian. Your light will forever shine brightly in our hearts.
