In Loving Memory of Levern Levern was born in the quaint town of Gray, GA, where she began a life filled with joy, love, and laughter. She was the cherished daughter of James W Curry, affectionately known as Butch, and Leila Curry. Levern was preceded in death by her beloved parents, as well as her siblings Shan, James Jr., Sidney, Larry, and Mitchel. Levern possessed an infectious spirit and was recognized far and wide as the life of the party. Her fun-loving personality and generous nature defined her, as she never hesitated to share whatever she had with those around her. This quality endeared her to everyone she encountered and left a lasting impression on both friends and family alike. She is survived by her devoted children, Veronica, affectionately known as Ronnie, and Author Joe, who continue to carry forward her legacy of love and kindness. Her grandchildren, James, Jalelia, and Javiour, were the apples of her eye, bringing immense joy and pride to her life. Levern was also survived by her siblings Ruby, Milton, Willie, and Wyndell, who shared in the joys and trials of life with her. Her close-knit family included beloved relatives Iesha, Lacy, Cheryl, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins, all of whom she held dear. In accordance with her wishes, a private ceremony was held to honor Levern's life. During this time, the family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to everyone for the outpouring of love and support they have received. It is a comfort to know that Levern's light touched so many and will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those she loved. In lieu of flowers, those who wish to honor Levern's memory may consider making a donation to a charity of their choice.
