In Loving Memory

Leroy Webb
September 10, 1962 — August 14, 2026
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Leroy Webb, a beloved brother, uncle, and friend, who left this world on August 14, 2026. Born on September 10, 1962, in the quaint town of Tchula, Mississippi, Leroy was a cherished son to the late Willie D and Pearlie B Webb.
Leroy was a man who embodied warmth and humor, effortlessly bringing joy to those around him. His quick wit and contagious smile were as much a part of him as his love for his family and friends. Known for his ability to make everyone feel welcome and valued. Leroy had a special gift for lightening any mood with a well-timed joke.
He was a proud graduate of S.V. Marshall High School in Tchula, Mississippi. For over 35 years, he dedicated himself to his work as a self-employed lawn care professional. His commitment to his craft was rivaled only by his love for spending time with his family and friends, a pastime he held dear to his heart.
Leroy is predeceased by his parents, Willie D. and Pearlie B. Webb, his sister Pamela Tolston, brothers Garscal and Charles Webb, and nephews Patrick Webb and Joshua Clay. He also joins his niece Lakeria Fisher and great-nephew Jarkavius Webb in eternal rest.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving siblings: Pealine Webb, Cathy Marshall, Joyce Webb, Newanda Webb, Sammie Webb, Willie Webb, and Bernette Webb. Their bond was strong and enduring, a testament to the love and unity instilled in them by their parents.
A memorial service to celebrate Leroy's life will be held on August 29, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Great Southern Funeral Home, located at 300 Oak Street in Greenwood, Mississippi. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance and honor of a life well-lived.
Though our hearts are heavy with loss, we are comforted by the countless memories and the legacy of love Leroy leaves behind.
May Leroy Webb rest in peace, forever remembered and cherished by all who knew him.
