Fayetteville, North Carolina LeeTerrius Jamal Priest, affectionately known to many as a beacon of light and laughter, passed away on June 28, 2026, at the tender age of 27. Born on December 13, 1998, LeeTerrius brought immense joy and love to all who were fortunate enough to know him. LeeTerrius's journey began in Fayetteville, NC, where he was born to Neil and Yolanda McNair and Bobby Sinclair. His life was a testament to resilience, love, and the unyielding bonds of family. He was a cherished son, a beloved father, a devoted brother, and a doting uncle. He was preceded in death by his dear nephew, Baby James, whose memory LeeTerrius held close to his heart. He is survived by his adored daughters, Londyn Harrell, Laikyn Harrell, A’Siah Coleman, Zoë Priest, and Züri Priest, and his sons, Legend Priest and N’Zion McKoy. LeeTerrius shared a special bond with each of his siblings. His sisters, Tolonna McNair of Red Springs, NC, Teniyah McNair of Parkton, NC, Leah Sinclair of Rex NC, and his brothers, Perry Jacobs of Hope Mills, NC, Neil McNair Jr. of Parkton, NC, Malik Sinclair of Saint Paul’s, NC, Bobby Sinclair Jr., and Nathan Sinclair. LeeTerrius's family extended network of aunts and uncles, including Mardina (David) Billings of Fairmont, NC, Tiwanna McMillan of Hope Mills, NC, April McMillan Shontereon (Charles) McNeill of Saint Paul, NC, Bridgette McMillan of Wilmington, NC, Deanna Sinclair, Tawnna Sinclair, and uncles Earl Priest of Parkton, NC, and Omar McMillan of Saint Paul’s, NC. His grandparents, Earl and Lizzie McMillan, and Linda and Bobby Tyndall, provided him with deep roots and values that shaped the man he became. LeeTerrius was educated in the schools of Baden, Robeson, and Cumberland Counties, where he formed friendships and connections that lasted throughout his life. He was known for his infectious smile and his ability to lift the spirits of those around him. The celebration of LeeTerrius's life will be held on July 6, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Total Deliverance & Praise, located at 404 E McLean St, Saint Paul’s, NC 28384. Family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched are invited to remember and celebrate the vibrant life of a man who embodied love and joy. In this time of sorrow, may we find comfort in remembering LeeTerrius's laughter, his kindness, and his unwavering dedication to his family. Though he has departed from this world, his spirit will eternally reside in the hearts of those he loved.
