Leann Telecky nee Loose

September 13, 1953 — April 24, 2026

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Leann Telecky (née Loose), who peacefully departed this life on April 24, 2026, at Riverside Memory Care in Spokane Valley. Born on September 13, 1953, in the scenic town of Tonasket, Washington, Leann's life was a testament to warmth, creativity, and devotion to family and community. Leann was the beloved daughter of Joe and Wreathel Loose, who predeceased her. She was raised with love and a strong sense of community, which she carried throughout her life. Leann graduated from Oroville High School in 1971, where she was known for her kindness and bright spirit. She pursued her passion for Foods and Nutrition, earning a Bachelor's degree from Eastern State College, a testament to her dedication and intelligence. In her journey through life, Leann found love and companionship with her devoted husband, Mark Telecky. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and mutual support. Her family circle also includes her cherished brother, Joe Loose Jr., and her brother-in-law, William Fore, who will forever hold her memory dear. Leann was a proud member of the Rainbow Girls and 4H, organizations that reflected her commitment to youth development and community service. Her interests were as diverse as they were profound; she had a remarkable talent for quilting and sculpting, hobbies that allowed her to express her creativity and bring beauty into the lives of those around her. Leann's family is grateful for the compassionate care she received at Riverside Senior Living in Spokane Valley, a place that became a home to her in her final days. In her memory, the family kindly requests donations to be made to the Alzheimer's Association, in hopes of advancing research and support for those affected by this challenging condition. As we remember Leann, let us celebrate a life well-lived, marked by love, creativity, and enduring grace. Her spirit will continue to inspire all who knew her, and she will remain forever in our hearts.
