Le Ann Daley Ammons

November 19, 1942 — April 17, 2026

With heavy hearts and profound love, we announce the peaceful passing of Le Ann Daley Ammons, who left this world on April 17, 2026, cradled in the warmth of her home. Born on November 19, 1942, in the picturesque town of Provo, Utah, Le Ann was a beacon of grace and kindness throughout her 83 years. Le Ann was the beloved daughter of Max and Wanda Daley, who predeceased her, alongside her cherished brother, Larry Kim Daley. She grew up in a household full of love and laughter, values that she carried with her throughout her life. A bright student and a proud graduate of Provo High School, Class of 1960, Le Ann embarked on a career at Consolidated Trucking, where her dedication and work ethic left a lasting impression on her colleagues and community. In the tapestry of her life, the most vibrant threads were her family and her faith. Le Ann was the devoted wife of Richard Ammons, with whom she shared many beautiful decades of marriage. Together, they built a loving family, blessed with children Kimber Johnson, Todd Ammons, and Brandi Ammons. Her legacy lives on through her ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, each of whom carries a piece of her spirit and wisdom. Le Ann's life was also richly colored by her faith. She was a committed member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints while also practicing her Catholic beliefs, finding harmony and strength in her dual spiritual paths. Le Ann is survived by her loving husband, Richard; her brothers, David Daley, James (Jed) Daley, Rex Daley, Jack Daley, and Michael Daley; her children; and her cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her family would like to extend a special message of gratitude to the Rocky Mountain Care Center in Heber, Utah, for their compassionate support and care reflecting her lifelong commitment to her faith and community. As we bid farewell to Le Ann, we celebrate a life well-lived and a legacy of love and kindness that will continue to inspire all who knew her. She leaves behind a world made brighter by her presence and a family forever grateful for her unwavering love.
