Born on June 3, 1964, in the heart of Memphis, Lawrence lived a life full of love, laughter, and purpose until his passing at the age of 61, after a courageous battle with cancer. A proud veteran of the United States Navy, Lawrence embodied the noble values of discipline and service, which he carried into every aspect of his life. His commitment to helping others was not confined to his time in uniform; it was a beacon of his character. Those who served alongside him remember him as a steadfast comrade, always ready to lend a hand or offer a word of encouragement. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of a remarkable man whose life was a testament to love, service, and family. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Baptist Memorial Hospital for their compassionate care during Lawrence's final days.
