Laura, born on April 26, 1958, in Waterville, Maine, passed away peacefully on October 21, 2026. Her life was a tapestry woven with love, laughter, and a vibrant spirit that touched all who knew her. Raised in Winslow, Maine, Laura was a proud member of the Winslow High School Class of 1977. Laura's career spanned over two decades at Liberty Mutual, where she was known for her dedication and hard work in both the Portsmouth and Dover, New Hampshire locations. Her colleagues remember her as not just a team member, but as a friend who brought warmth and sincerity to every interaction. Family was the cornerstone of Laura's life. She cherished every moment spent with her siblings Rick and Marie as well as her sister-in-law Mary. Her love extended deeply to her nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Stephen, Matthew, Emily, Katlyn, and Shalaina who were the light of her life. Laura's bond with her roommate Carol was another testament to her capacity for friendship and connection. Laura had a zest for life that was infectious. She had a candid nature and never shied away from speaking her mind, for better or for worse, often leaving those around her in fits of laughter. Her playful spirit was epitomized by her beloved "dinosaur," a symbol of her inner child that always shined bright. Whether she was enjoying a good meal, indulging in Korean dramas, jamming out to a Prince song, or simply spending time in the water, Laura lived with a passion that was inspiring. Laura's departure leaves a void in the hearts of many, but her legacy of love, humor, and authenticity will forever be remembered and cherished.
