February 22, 1995 — April 11, 2026

With heavy hearts but profound gratitude for a life beautifully lived, we announce the passing of Latrice Walker, who departed this world on April 11, 2026, at the tender age of 31. Born on February 22, 1995, in Baltimore, Maryland, Latrice graced this earth with her presence, leaving an indelible mark on everyone she encountered. Latrice was the cherished daughter of Martina Walker and Jesse Walker, who nurtured her with love and wisdom that she carried throughout her life. She grew up in the vibrant community of Baltimore, where she attended Edmonton Village High School, cultivating friendships and memories that she held dear. In her professional life, Latrice dedicated herself to the noble profession of social work. Her career was a testament to her enduring commitment to caring for others. With a warm smile that could light up the darkest of days, Latrice approached her work with great energy and a heart full of empathy. Her gentle, soft-spoken nature was an assurance to those in distress, and her encouraging words inspired many to find hope and resilience. Away from her professional duties, Latrice found solace and joy in the simple pleasures of life. She delighted in tending to her garden, nurturing plants with the same care and affection she extended to people. A lover of food, she found happiness in sharing meals and cherishing moments around the table with loved ones. Latrice's heart was woven with love for her family. She was a devoted partner to Jesse, with whom she shared a bond that embodied love and support. Her legacy continues through the lives she touched, including her surviving family members: her siblings, Tenia Walker and Patrice Walker, and her dear nephew, John Johnson. A service to celebrate Latrice's remarkable life will be held on May 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Vaughn Green Funeral Services, located at 4905 York Rd, Baltimore, Maryland. Family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by Latrice are warmly invited to join us in honoring her memory. In a special message from her family, they express, "Forever Aunt Latrice, you will be missed." These words echo the sentiments of all who knew her, for she was more than a beloved aunt; she was a beacon of kindness and grace. As we bid farewell to Latrice, we hold onto the love she shared and the lessons she imparted. Her spirit will continue to inspire us, reminding us of the power of compassion and the beauty of a life well-lived.
