His life was a testament to service, faith, and family, leaving an indelible mark on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Larry's journey was one of dedication and honor, beginning with his distinguished military career in the United States Army. Over 21 years, he served with steadfast loyalty and courage, particularly with the renowned 82nd Airborne Division. Larry's unwavering love for God was evident in his every action, and his radiant energy and contagious smile were a testament to the joy he found in his faith.
Larry's retirement was anything but restful, as he passionately pursued his love of DIY home and building improvement projects. His hands were never idle, and he continually honed his skills through further education and a voracious appetite for reading and studying his Bible. Larry's dedication to service extended to his church home, where he found endless ways to contribute and uplift those around him.
He is survived by his cherished wife of 16 years, Faye, whose love and partnership were the cornerstone of his happiness.
