Lang Vang, beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend, passed away on August 29, 2026, after a courageous battle with lung cancer. Born on August 8, 1984, in Fresno, CA, Lang brought joy and laughter to everyone who was fortunate enough to know him.
Lang was the cherished son of Youa and Chong and the dear brother of Bee, Mai, Tou, and Pather. In 2020, Lang married the love of his life, Veronica, and together they welcomed their precious child, Yeng, in 2023. As a devoted husband and father, Lang's family was the center of his world, and he embraced each day with love and dedication.
An avid fisherman and hunter, Lang found solace and happiness in the great outdoors. He loved nothing more than taking his family out on the boat to enjoy the beauty of nature, creating memories that will be cherished forever. In his quiet moments, Lang enjoyed painting figurines, a hobby that allowed him to express his creativity and attention to detail.
Lang was known for his quick wit and humor, always warming up the room with his smile. His presence was a beacon of positivity, and his ability to connect with people through laughter and kindness left a lasting impact on everyone he encountered.
A service to honor and celebrate Lang's life will be held on September 5, 2026, at 8:00 AM at the Hmong Culture Service Center, located at 1224 Weeden Creek Rd, Sheboygan, WI 53081. Family and friends are invited to gather and remember the wonderful life Lang led, sharing stories and offering support to one another during this difficult time.
