It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lance White Jr., who departed this world on May 29, 2026, after a valiant battle with cancer. Born on November 12, 1974, in Hamilton Township, NJ, Lance graced this world with his presence for 51 unforgettable years. He leaves behind a legacy of laughter, love, and resilience.
Lance was the cherished son of the late Lance Sr. and Betty White, who undoubtedly welcomed him with open arms to his eternal rest. He is survived by his loving brother, Yamont Bailey, and his devoted sister, Monique Fletcher; Also Step Brothers, William Miller, and Corey Bethea.
A proud graduate of McCorriston High School in Hamilton Township, NJ, Lance embarked on a remarkable career path, first finding his niche in the world of welding. For 12 years, he honed his craft at Acme Hamilton, where his skills and dedication shone brightly. In the latter part of his career, Lance transitioned into a managerial role at Walmart, where his leadership and warmth were appreciated by colleagues and customers alike.
Lance was a man of simple pleasures and profound joys. Anyone who knew Lance could attest to his love for beer, football, and the art of grilling. These passions were more than hobbies; they were the backdrop to many cherished memories, shared with friends and family under the open sky, laughter echoing into the night.
Gifted with a sharp wit and a penchant for humor, Lance had the extraordinary ability to bring a smile to the faces of all who had the pleasure of knowing him. His quick jokes could light up a room, creating a tapestry of joy and camaraderie that will be fondly remembered by all.
A service to honor and celebrate Lance's life will be held at Shilo Baptist Church, located at 340 Reverend S. Howard Woodson Jr. Way, Trenton, NJ 08618, on June 13, 2026. Family and friends are invited to gather at 9:00 AM to pay their respects and share in the love and memories that Lance so generously bestowed upon us all.
In a special message, the family wishes to extend heartfelt gratitude to Greenwood Nursing Home for their compassionate and dedicated care during Lance's final days. Their kindness provided comfort and peace to both Lance and his loved ones in a time of great need.
Though Lance's time with us was cut short, his spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him. As we bid farewell, let us carry forward his legacy of laughter, love, and unwavering strength.
