In Loving Memory

Kyle Andrew Tomlinson Frohm
May 17, 1985 — September 14, 2009
With heavy hearts and cherished memories, we honor the life of Kyle Andrew Tomlinson Frohm, who left this world unexpectedly on September 14, 2009, at the tender age of 24. Born on May 17, 1985, in the heartland of Minnesota, Kyle was a bright spirit whose laughter and love touched everyone he met.
Kyle was the beloved son of Clifford and Carla Rutledge, who nurtured his lively spirit and encouraged his boundless curiosity. From a young age, Kyle displayed a zest for life that was contagious. He was the mischievous prankster with a heart of gold, known for his capacity to light up any room with his infectious laughter and genuine kindness.
A proud graduate of Weddington High School in 2003, Kyle went on to follow in his father’s footsteps, crafting a career in welding. His work was not just a job, but a testament to his dedication and skill, reflecting a shared bond with his father, Clifford.
Kyle's passions extended far beyond his professional life. A devout Catholic, he found solace and strength in his faith. On weekends, you could often find him riding his motorcycle with friends, the wind in his hair and a grin on his face. He relished the thrill of adventure, whether it was hiking through serene trails, casting a line into the calm of a lake for a peaceful fishing trip, or strumming his guitar to the delight of his loved ones. His love for football, both playing and watching, was a constant, bringing him joy and camaraderie.
Surrounded by the love of his life, Mary, his devoted significant other, Kyle was never short of companionship. His brother Dustin, along with childhood friends Tristian and his fiancé Danielle, Will, Ryan, and Dominic “Dom,” were his lifelong companions, sharing countless adventures and treasured memories.
While we mourn the loss of Kyle, we find comfort in knowing he is reunited with his beloved grandmother, Alice Rutledge, who predeceased him. Their bond, characterized by love and laughter, will forever remain in our hearts.
Though his time with us was far too brief, Kyle's impact was profound. He lived each day to the fullest, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. His laughter, warmth, and kindness will be remembered by all who knew him.
In keeping with the family's wishes, a private funeral ceremony will be held to honor and celebrate Kyle's life. We invite those who knew him to hold tight to their memories and celebrate the joy he brought to the world in their own special ways.
Kyle Andrew Tomlinson Frohm's legacy is one of love, laughter, and an indomitable spirit. Though he may have departed from this world, his memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who were privileged to know him. Rest in peace, dear Kyle, and thank you for the light you brought into our lives.
