Kristopher Strebeck

Kristopher Strebeck, a beloved husband, father, son, and friend, passed away on August 22, 2026, leaving a profound impact on the lives he touched. Born on May 4, 1985, in Gibson City, Illinois, Kristopher was the cherished son of Heidi Walls(Danny) and Thomas Borchers. Raised with love and guided by strong family values, he carried these lessons throughout his life. He married the love of his life, Paige Lainhart, on September 27, 2014, and together they built a warm and loving home. Kristopher was a devoted father to their three beautiful children, Gabriella, Kristopher Jr., and Kristian, whom he adored and cherished with all his heart. Kristopher was a proud graduate of GCMS, where he laid the foundations for a successful career. His dedication and work ethic led him to a career with Snap-On Tools, where he was respected and admired by colleagues and customers alike. Family was at the heart of Kristopher's life. He was predeceased by his grandfather, Robert J Strebeck, whose memory he held dear. Kristopher is survived by his loving wife Paige, their children, and his grandmother, Antje Strebeck. He shared a special bond with his sister Kami Walls and her husband Justin, his brother Anthony Borchers, and his sister Katja Walls. Kristopher's mother, Heidi, and her husband, Danny Walls, along with his father, Thomas Borchers, were his lifelong supporters. Kristopher was also deeply grateful to his uncle, Rudiger Strebeck, and his wife, Marcy, who raised him as their own. His family extended to include his brother-in-law, Brandon Taylor, and his wife, Amanda, as well as his nieces and nephews: Callon, Daelin, Daniel Kristopher, Madisyn, Aiden, Khloe, Elan, and Elaina. He shared countless memories and moments with many more extended family members and friends who will forever remember his kindness and generosity. A service to honor Kristopher's life will be held at Reppert Funeral Home, located at 110 North Broadway, Berea, KY 40403. Family and friends are invited to celebrate the life of a man who brought joy and warmth to everyone he met. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Kristopher's memory to the Wounded Warrior Project and Kentucky Suicide Prevention Group, organizations that was dear to his heart. Kristopher's legacy of love, laughter, and compassion will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
