In Loving Memory

Kip Leblanc
August 25, 1997 — May 11, 2026
It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kip Leblanc, a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, who left us far too soon on May 11, 2026. Born on August 25, 1997, in the close-knit community of Houma, Louisiana, Kip blessed us with 28 years filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
The cherished son of Trina Chapman Fitch and Kiley Leblanc, and stepson to Danny Fitch, Kip was a beacon of joy and warmth from his earliest days. He was predeceased by his treasured grandparents, Nora and Mel Chapman, whose love and guidance he carried throughout his life. Kip is survived by his devoted parents, Trina and Danny, his father, Kiley, his brother, Kade Leblanc, and his adored niece, Chevelle Leblanc, who will forever remember her uncle's infectious laughter and unwavering kindness.
Kip graduated from South Terrebonne High School, where he cultivated friendships that endured throughout his life. In his professional journey, he excelled in construction jobs within the oil field, demonstrating a remarkable skill in operating heavy machinery. His colleagues will remember him not only for his work ethic and dedication but also for the quick wit and warm smile that brightened even the hardest of days.
An outdoor enthusiast, Kip found peace and joy amidst the natural beauty of Louisiana's landscapes. Whether casting a line into the water or tracking game through the woods, he embraced the serenity of fishing and hunting, treasuring those moments as opportunities to connect with nature and with the friends and family who shared in his adventures.
Kip possessed a rare gift for making everyone feel at home. His sparkling eyes and ever-ready jokes could lighten any mood, and those who encountered him were invariably touched by his generosity and spirit. He had an innate ability to lift the spirits of those around him, creating an atmosphere of warmth and camaraderie wherever he went.
A service to honor Kip's life will be held privately at a later date by his family.
In this time of sorrow, Kip's family shares this heartfelt message: "He will continue to be loved and missed by all that he left too soon. He has taken a piece of all our hearts that can never be forgotten."
Though Kip's journey on this earth was brief, his impact was profound. We take solace in the indelible mark he left on our hearts and the memories that will forever be cherished. As we gather to honor his life, let us remember Kip as he lived — with joy, laughter, and a boundless capacity for love.
