Born on October 27, 1970, in the vibrant city of Philadelphia, Kimberly was the daughter of the late Jacob Joseph Distatio and Patricia Distatio. She was welcomed into a loving family that would nurture her gentle spirit and compassionate heart. Kimberly was predeceased by her dear parents and her brother Jacob, whose memories she held close throughout her life. Kimberly shared a remarkable journey with her devoted husband, Raymond Murphy, whom she married in 1992. Their marriage, spanning over three decades, was a testament to love, partnership, and unwavering support. Together, they built a family filled with laughter, kindness, and countless fond memories. Kimberly was a dedicated and nurturing mother, a role she embraced with grace and joy. She cherished every moment spent with her children and was a shining example of unconditional love. Her heart expanded even further with the arrival of her grandchildren, and she took immense pleasure in caring for them. Her nine grandchildren were the light of her life, each one bringing her boundless joy and pride. Family was the cornerstone of Kimberly’s life, and she found true happiness in the simple joys of spending time with her loved ones. A private memorial service will be held to honor Kimberly's life, where family and close friends will gather to celebrate her legacy of love and kindness.
