It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Kevin Ray Tweed Jr., a beloved son, brother, and friend, who departed this world on April 3, 2026, at the age of 31. Kevin passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by the love of his family and friends, in Newark, Delaware, where he was born on November 6, 1994. Kevin was a beacon of light and joy to those who knew him. Born to the late Kevin Tweed Sr. and Karen Tweed, Kevin grew up with a spirited love for life that was evident to everyone around him. He was predeceased by his cherished parents and grandparents, Beverly and John Tweed, whose values and warmth he carried throughout his life. Kevin is survived by his loving siblings, Annabelle, Lavender, Cleo, and Gabriel Tweed, who will forever cherish the memories of their brother's laughter, kindness, and unwavering support. His close friends, Pablo, Guy, and Joey, along with all his WTW family, mourn the loss of a friend whose companionship was as steadfast as it was joyful. A proud graduate of Conrad, Kevin was known for his remarkable intellect and creativity. His love for innovation and technology was most notably expressed through his involvement with the "WTW Works," where he earned the affectionate moniker of the "famous Robo Stoner." His ingenuity and enthusiasm inspired both peers and mentors alike, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the pleasure of working with him. Kevin's life was a tapestry of vibrant interests and passions. He was a gentle soul with a boundless imagination, qualities that endeared him to many and left a lasting impression on all who crossed his path. His spirit of adventure and love for life was contagious, and he had a unique ability to bring out the best in those around him. As we remember Kevin Ray Tweed Jr., we celebrate the beautiful legacy he leaves behind – a legacy of love, laughter, and inspiration. His life, though far too brief, was filled with meaningful connections and heartwarming moments that will forever be cherished by those he touched. A celebration of Kevin's life will be held at a later date, where family and friends will gather to honor and remember the extraordinary person he was. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Kevin's memory, to continue the spirit of giving and kindness that he embodied so well. Kevin's absence will be deeply felt, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him. May he rest in eternal peace, reunited with his beloved family, and forever watch over those he loved.
