In Loving Memory

Kevin Dale Wilson
September 7, 1967 — June 10, 2026
It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Kevin Wilson, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, who peacefully departed this world on June 10, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. Kevin was born on September 7, 1967, in Walton, KY, to the late Joseph and Virginia Collins, and he graced this world with his unwavering kindness, humor, and love for 58 cherished years.
Kevin was a devoted family man who leaves behind his beloved partner and wife, Mary-Ann, who stood by his side throughout their journey together. He is survived by his sons, John and Austin Wilson, who inherited his love for life and his quick wit. He was a proud grandfather to four wonderful grandchildren, who will forever cherish the memories of their time spent learning to fish and work on cars under Kevin's patient guidance.
Kevin was preceded in death by his loving parents, Joseph and Virginia Collins, as well as his dear daughter, Jessica Wilson, and grandson, Gryffin Wilson. The love and warmth he shared with them will remain in our hearts forever.
A dedicated journeyman, Kevin's work ethic was matched only by his passion for the simple joys in life. An avid fisherman and enthusiastic deer hunter, Kevin found solace and adventure in the great outdoors. He was an active member of the NRA, and he took immense joy in sharing his love for nature and skills with his children and grandchildren.
Known for his quick and witty jokes, Kevin had a way of bringing laughter and light to those around him. His kind and pure heart was legendary, as he would gladly give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. Kevin's generosity and goodness were felt by all who knew him, and his absence leaves a void that cannot be filled.
In honoring Kevin's wishes, a private funeral ceremony will be held to celebrate his life, reflecting the quiet dignity with which he lived. As we gather to remember Kevin, we are comforted by the legacy of love and laughter he has left us.
To all who knew him, Kevin Wilson was truly one of a kind and will be deeply missed. His spirit will forever live on in the hearts of his family and friends. May he rest in peace, surrounded by the love and laughter he so generously gave in life.
The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kevin's memory to a charity of your choice, celebrating his spirit of giving and compassion.
"Kevin Wilson was one of a kind and will truly be missed."
