Kevin Dean Willhite

March 20, 1959 — October 3, 2026

Kevin Willhite, age 67, of Blaine MN, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family in the afternoon of Saturday, October 3rd, 2026. Kevin was born in Marshall, MN. He was a devoted family man and an avid outdoorsman, often combining his two greatest loves by teaching his daughters and grandson how to hunt, fish and appreciate the outdoors. Known for his generous spirit, he never hesitated to step in and help family, friends, or neighbors alike. On Sundays, you could always find him wearing his purple and gold, yelling at the television and rooting for his beloved MN Vikings. Preceded in death by parents Martin and Donna; sisters Carol and Janet; brother Curtis; and niece April. Survived by daughters Melissa and Jessica; grandson Logan; Brothers Steven, Glenn and Kelly; Nieces Kaylan and Rachel; Nephews Matthew, Adrian, Trevor, Brandon as well as many other loving family members. His adventurous spirit will live on in the landscapes he loved so much.

A Fallen Limb

A limb has fallen from the family tree. I keep hearing a voice that says, “Grieve not for me.” Remember the best times, the laughter, the song, The good life I lived while I was strong. Continue my heritage, I’m counting on you. Keep smiling and surely the sun will shine through. My mind is at ease, my soul is at rest. Remembering all, how I truly was blessed. Continue traditions, no matter how small. Go on with your life, don’t worry about falls. I miss you all dearly, so keep up your chin. Until the day comes we’re together again.
