Born on August 9, 1970, in Connellsville, Pennsylvania, Kevin was the beloved son of the late Ben and Thelma Heaton Rayoni, whose warmth and values he carried throughout his life. Kevin’s journey began in the charming town of Connellsville, where he spent his early years surrounded by the love and guidance of his parents.
