Noble and Diane Margaret (Bull) Noble, and he was predeceased by his sister Wendy Noble, sister Candy Noble, and an infant brother. He leaves behind a devoted and loving family, including his beloved wife of 53 years, Paula Wiles Noble, whom he affectionately called "My Lady Soul." Their love story began on June 22, 1973, with a heartfelt wedding in the hospital chapel of Randolph Hospital, a fitting start to a partnership filled with unwavering love and support. Kerry is survived by his children, Ashley Noble Donahue (Craig) of Winston-Salem, NC, and Kristopher Henderson Noble (Melissa) of Cary, NC. His legacy further lives on in his adored grandchildren: grandsons William Donahue (Kendall) of China Grove, NC, and Kerry Donahue of Winston-Salem, NC; granddaughters Mackenzie Donahue of Winston-Salem, NC, Madison Noble, and Giuliana Noble of Cary, NC. His dear furry companion, Duke, was his loyal buddy until the very end. Kerry's life was marked by his dedication to education and service. He graduated from Brockport High School in 1970 and continued his studies at the University of South Carolina and North Carolina State University. Though his time in the US Navy was brief due to a medical honorable discharge, it reflected his commitment to serve. In his professional life, Kerry was known for his fairness, attention to detail, and tenacity. He retired as the facilities director for HealthCare Services in Chicago, IL, and held many positions in facilities and project management with Nortel and CB Richard Ellis. His employees admired him for his steadfast leadership and kindness. Kerry was deeply involved in his community, offering support to those battling medical issues through organizations like St. Jude and TR Cancer Fighters. He was a cherished member of the Society of Shaggers, both in the Raleigh area and North Myrtle Beach. His passion for sports was evident as he coached numerous soccer teams and cheered on his children in their sporting endeavors at all levels. A true lover of the beach, Kerry found solace in the sand and surf. He was an expert shark's tooth hunter and took joy in teaching others this unique skill. His love for beach music and his vast knowledge of the scene, including fond memories of watching Alabama at The Bowery, were well-known to his family and friends. Kerry's tenacity, kindness, and compassion touched everyone he met. He loved fiercely, and his authentic spirit will be remembered by all who knew him. The family extends their deepest gratitude to Kerry's healthcare providers at Duke, especially Dr. John Haney and Dr. John Reynolds, who played pivotal roles in his care, as well as the compassionate hospice team at SeaCoast.
