It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Keith Mays, born on October 12, 1963, in Kennett, Missouri. Keith passed away on August 10, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. Keith was the beloved son of Dennis and the late Mary Mays. Growing up in a close-knit family, Keith shared an unbreakable bond with his father, Dennis, and his siblings, Steven Mays, Kahlon Mays, and Shawn Crittendon. His mother, Mary Mays, preceded him in death, yet her spirit and values continued to shape Keith's life and character. A devoted father, Keith is survived by his two daughters, Kayleigh Reed and Rachel Beale, who were the pride and joy of his life. He was also the proud grandfather of three beautiful grandchildren, Emma, Justice, and Maverick. Keith's love and guidance will forever remain in their hearts. Keith had a zest for life that was infectious to all who knew him. He was an avid fan of NASCAR and found joy in watching dirt track races. His love for the great outdoors was evident in his passion for camping and fishing, activities he enjoyed sharing with family and friends. Keith's laughter and stories around the campfire will be remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Friends and family are invited to celebrate Keith's life at a service to be held on August 29, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Senath Family Life Center, located at 204 North Main Street, Senath, Missouri. It will be a time to honor Keith's memory, to share stories of his remarkable life, and to find comfort in the company of those who loved him. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Keith's memory to a charity of your choice, reflecting his generous spirit and love for helping others. Keith's presence in our lives was a gift, and his absence leaves a profound void. As we gather to remember him, we celebrate a life well-lived and a legacy that will endure through the love and memories he has left behind.
