September 10, 1962 — July 2, 2026

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Keith Dillingham, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, who left us on July 2, 2026, after a courageous battle with heart disease. Keith was born on September 10, 1962, in Toledo, Ohio, and throughout his 63 years, he touched countless lives with his compassion, kindness, and unwavering spirit. Keith was the beloved son of Bill Russel and Louis Dillingham, who both predeceased him. He was blessed with a strong sense of family, which he carried throughout his life, cherishing the relationships he built with those he loved. He is survived by his devoted wife, Kathy Dillingham, and his four children, Joseph, Anthony, Micheal, and Monica. Keith's legacy continues through his five adored grandchildren: Marcus, Elexus, Madison, Micheal Jr., and Ayana. A proud graduate of Sunnyside High School in Tucson, Arizona, Keith went on to serve his country with honor in the US Army as a mechanic from 1980 to 1984. After his military service, Keith returned to civilian life and embarked on a career in commercial flooring. He turned his career into a thriving family business, working alongside his sons and instilling in them the values of hard work and dedication. Keith was a man of faith, a devoted Christian, and an active member of The Ridge Christian Fellowship. He was known for his warm smile and hearty handshake, always eager to meet new people and lend a helping hand to anyone in need. His passion for woodworking and carving was matched only by his love for sports teams—the San Francisco 49ers, the Chicago Bulls, and the Atlanta Braves. He is also survived by his two brothers and two sisters, who, along with his many nieces and nephews, will remember him for his infectious laughter and the joy he brought into their lives. Keith's life was celebrated in a private ceremony, honoring his wishes for an intimate gathering of family and close friends. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of one's choice, in tribute to Keith's generous spirit and his lifelong commitment to helping others. Though Keith is no longer with us in body, his spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him. His legacy of love, kindness, and generosity will continue to inspire all who knew him.

Funeral Program

He Is Gone

You can shed tears that he is gone, Or you can smile because he has lived. You can close your eyes and pray that he'll come back, Or you can open your eyes and see all he's left. Your heart can be empty because you can't see him, Or you can be full of the love you shared. You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday, Or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday. You can remember him and only that he's gone, Or you can cherish his memory and let it live on. You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back, Or you can do what he'd want: Smile, open your eyes, love and go on.
