Though Keinie left us due to a tragic encounter with heat exhaustion, the warmth of their presence will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved them. Keinie was the beloved child of Keandra Jones and Willie Hicks, who nurtured a home filled with love, laughter, and the joy of family. Keinie's life was enriched by the company of their siblings, Kamden, Kasion, Kaidyn, Keegan, and Kelcey, with whom they shared countless adventures and boundless affection. Keinie's family circle extended to include their caring Aunt Mashala Higgins and her husband Aaron Shields, as well as their devoted Uncle Kendall Casey. The guidance and love of grandparents Bobby and Stephanie Higgins provided a foundation of strength and support throughout Keinie's life. Keinie had a special affinity for hopping around and indulging in the simple joys of life, savoring every moment with a zest that was uniquely their own. Their playful spirit and boundless enthusiasm left an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to witness it. Though Keinie did not have children of their own, their legacy lives on through the love they shared with family and friends. Keinie was predeceased by their paternal grandmother, Cassandra Hicks, and we find solace in the thought that they are reunited once more.
