Kayla Brooke Davis

Kayla Brooke Davis, born on July 16, 1991, in Knoxville, Tennessee, left this world on August 31, 2026, at her childhood home. Kayla was a beloved daughter, mother, sister, and aunt. She was the cherished daughter of Ruthie Davis and the late Rev. Clinton Davis, who undoubtedly greeted her in heaven. Her nurturing spirit lives on in her son, Cayden Davis, who was her pride and joy. Kayla's sister, Kelly Hurley, and her husband William, and her nephews, Braxten Hoskins and Levii Hurley, will forever hold her memory close in their hearts. Kayla found her spiritual home at Highland Missionary Baptist Church, where she was saved at the tender age of seven. Her deep faith and unwavering belief in the goodness of people guided her through life's journey, bringing comfort and strength to those around her. Though Kayla has left this earthly realm, she is reunited with her father, Rev. Clinton Davis, and her grandparents, Roy and Dixie Carroll, and Mont and Francis Davis, all of whom predeceased her. Their legacy of love and devotion continues to shine through Kayla's life and the lives of those she touched. The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time. While there is no scheduled celebration of life at this moment, one will be planned in the future to honor Kayla's beautiful life and the indelible mark she left on this world. May Kayla's soul find eternal peace, and may her memory forever illuminate the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
