In Loving Memory of Katrina Reynolds It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Katrina Reynolds, who departed from this world on June 30, 2026, at the age of 67. Born on December 18, 1958, Katrina graced this world with a spirit that was as warm and welcoming as the sunniest of days. Katrina was the cherished daughter of the late Dottie and Fillmore Reynolds Jr. Her nurturing spirit was evident from a young age, growing up surrounded by the love and laughter of her family. She shared her life with her dear sister Ida Brooks, and her brothers Michael Reynolds, Phillip Reynolds, William Reynolds, and Willie Franklin, who will forever hold her in their hearts. Katrina's nurturing nature extended to her beloved niece and nephews: Evilyn Gaston, Christopher Davis, Michael, and Phillip Clark. She was more than an aunt; she was a guiding light and constant support, inspiring them with her wisdom and kindness. A proud graduate of the South Oak Cliff High School class of 1977, Katrina valued education and the opportunities it presented. She attended LG Pinkston before embarking on her journey at South Oak Cliff, where she left a legacy of dedication and determination. Katrina devoted over twenty-five years of her professional life to the Dallas County Auditors, where she was known for her diligence, integrity, and a work ethic that earned her the respect and admiration of colleagues and friends alike. Her commitment to excellence was matched only by her unwavering kindness and generosity. Though Katrina's parents, Dottie and Fillmore Reynolds Jr., have predeceased her, their legacy lives on through the values and love they instilled in her. Katrina carried these lessons forward, making a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing her. A service to celebrate and honor Katrina's life will be held on July 13, 2026, at 12:30 PM at the Evergreen Funeral Home. Family and friends are invited to join in remembrance of a life lived with grace, love, and compassion. Katrina Reynolds will be remembered for her gentle heart, her unwavering strength, and her ability to bring light into the lives of everyone she met. As we grieve her passing, we also celebrate the beautiful life she led and the indelible mark she left on our hearts. For those who wish to pay their respects, let us gather to share memories, to support one another, and to honor a remarkable woman whose presence enriched our lives in ways that words alone cannot capture. Rest in peace, dear Katrina. You are forever loved and never forgotten.
