Katrina Marshall Geesey

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Katrina Marshall Geesey, who departed this life on October 18, 2026. Born on September 15, 1976, in Taylor, Michigan, Katrina was a beacon of light and joy to all who knew her. Katrina was the cherished daughter of Kate Warden Marshall and the late Warren William Marshall. She was also predeceased by her beloved brothers, Michael and Eric Marshall. Katrina leaves behind her devoted husband, Clark Geesey, and her loving stepchildren, Kateina, Amanda, and Cory Geesey, along with four treasured grandchildren. She is also survived by her mother, Kate Warden Marshall; her brothers, Scott (and Cindy) Marshall, Will Marshall, and Joseph (and Shannon) Marshall; her sister, Kim (and Shawn) Stanley; and brother, Gary Hinkle. Katrina's life was a testament to the beauty of laughter, kindness, and love. Her quick wit and infectious laughter brought joy to all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Her culinary talents were unmatched, and she often expressed her love through her remarkable cooking, creating meals that were both delicious and unforgettable. She found immense joy and peace in the mountains, cherished her pets dearly, and held her home close to her heart as a sanctuary of warmth and love. In keeping with her family's wishes, a private ceremony will be held to honor Katrina's life. Following cremation, a celebration of her life will take place at her home, where family and friends will gather to remember her vibrant spirit and her profound love of life. To honor Katrina's memory, the family suggests donations be made to a charity of your choice, reflecting her generous spirit and commitment to helping others. Katrina will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to be touched by her presence. Her legacy of love, laughter, and kindness will continue to inspire and live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
