Born on May 26, 1948, in the heart of Williston, North Dakota, Kathi was the cherished daughter of Carl and Helen Jorgenson. She was welcomed into a family that included her brothers, Dale and Lyle, who predeceased her and whom she missed dearly.
Kathli's journey in life was marked by an adventurous spirit and a heart full of love. Raised with a love for the open skies and rugged landscapes, she was a cowgirl at heart. Her childhood was filled with the thrill of barrel racing, a testament to her adventurous and fearless spirit.
She graduated from Cook High School, setting the stage for a life full of diverse experiences. She embarked on a career that saw her navigating the massive trucks of US Steel's open mines, a job that spoke to her boldness and tenacity. Her career spanned over three decades in sales, a field where her quick wit, warmth, and genuine smile left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
Kathi's life was deeply enriched by her family. She was a devoted mother to her daughter Kami and her son CJ, who, along with his wife Patricia, brought Kathleen great joy.
