It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Katherine Osborn, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, who left this world on April 5, 2026, at the age of 59. Katherine, affectionately known to many as Kathy, was born on February 15, 1967, in the charming town of Warsaw, Indiana, where she began a life filled with love, joy, and a touch of whimsy. Katherine was the cherished daughter of the late Larry Clark and Elke Woxland. She was also predeceased by her dear aunt, Linda Hamilton, whose influence and spirit Kathy carried with her throughout her life. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness and a family who will forever cherish her memory. She is survived by her devoted husband of 29 years, Christopher Osborn, whom she married on a beautiful day in June of 1997. Their partnership was a testament to love’s enduring strength and a beacon of hope and happiness for those who knew them. Kathy was the proud mother of her beloved daughter, Katelin Osborn, and the adoring grandmother to her cherished grandson, Oakley Black, who brought an abundance of joy into her life in the short time they shared together. Her legacy of love and laughter will undoubtedly echo through future generations. She also leaves behind many other dear family members who will continue to honor her memory. A proud graduate of Warsaw Community High School, Class of 1985, Kathy embodied the spirit of her alma mater throughout her journey. She began her career at ChoreTime Brock, where her dedication and work ethic were admired by colleagues and friends alike. Eventually, she chose to dedicate her life to her family, embracing the role of a stay-at-home mom, where her nurturing spirit and boundless love found their true calling. Katherine had an undeniable zest for life, characterized by her kooky sense of humor and an infectious laugh that could light up any room. She loved the serenity and beauty of living by the lake, where she found peace and inspiration in the gentle lapping of the water and the vibrant sunsets that painted the sky. Her home by the lake was a gathering place for family and friends, where laughter and love were in abundance. Though she is no longer with us in body, Kathy’s spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew her. Her warmth, her laughter, and her unwavering devotion to her family and friends leave an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her. Katherine Osborn will be dearly missed, but her legacy of love and laughter will continue to inspire all who knew her. Rest in peace, dear Kathy, and may your spirit find eternal tranquility by the lakeside shores you cherished so deeply.
