In Loving Memory of Kandi It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Kandi, who left this world on June 14, 2026, at the age of 46. Born on January 3, 1980, in Medford, Oregon, Kandi's life was tragically cut short following a car accident, surrounded by her beloved family. Kandi was the cherished daughter of Sydney Pearson and Frank Ramirez. She shared her life with her devoted husband, Tony Jordan, and was the proud mother of her only child, Jasmine Jordan. Her memory will forever be treasured by her parents, her sisters Jamie Dinger and Jessica Blanco, and her brothers Gabriel Ramirez and Johnny Ramirez. Kandi grew up in Woodinville, Washington, where she graduated from Woodinville High School in 1998. Her passion for beauty led her to beauty school, where she thrived and built a loyal clientele who followed her wherever she went. Always an animal lover, Kandi expanded her knowledge by studying animal behavior in 2016. Seeking a more impactful role, she joined her sister’s company as a caregiver for the intellectually disabled and worked with compassion and dedication at the Camelot Society until her untimely passing. Kandi was a woman of many interests. She was an avid reader and enjoyed immersing herself in audiobooks. Art was another passion, and she delighted in creating alongside her daughter, often lending her creativity to school science projects. Kandi loved the beach and cherished family vacations. Her love for true crime, romantic comedies, and thrillers was only rivaled by her unwavering support for the Seattle Seahawks, never missing a game. Known for her quick wit and fierce loyalty, Kandi was a beacon of kindness. She cared deeply for the less fortunate and was a staunch defender of her friends and family. Her honesty was refreshing, and her perfectionist nature ensured everything she touched was done with excellence.
