Kacie was born on October 31, 1975, in Albany, New York, to her loving mother, Debra Summa (née Priest). Kacie was a vibrant spirit who graced the world with her presence for 50 years. She was known for her compassionate nature, her unwavering kindness, and her ability to bring warmth to any room she entered. Her life was a testament to the values of love, generosity, and empathy, which she shared with everyone she encountered. Growing up in Albany, Kacie developed a deep connection to her community, where she was loved and respected by many. Her innate ability to listen and offer support made her a cherished confidante to friends and family alike. Kacie's laughter was infectious, and her smile could light up the darkest of days, leaving a lasting impression on those fortunate enough to have known her. In her professional life, Kacie was dedicated and passionate, demonstrating an exceptional work ethic that inspired her colleagues. A private funeral ceremony will be held to honor Kacie's life, in accordance with her family's wishes. While we will miss her dearly, we find solace in the memories and the love she shared so generously. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Kacie's memory, to continue her legacy of giving and compassion. Kacie Elizabeth Priest will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. May she rest in eternal peace.
