It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Justin Dale Sullivan, a beloved son, friend, and inspiration to all who knew him. Justin departed this life on July 17, 2026, at the age of 38. Born on February 4, 1988, in West Point, he illuminated the lives of many with his warmth, resilience, and unyielding spirit. Justin was the cherished son of Linda Champion Sullivan and the late Roger Dale Sullivan. From a young age, his zest for life was evident, and he carried this enthusiasm throughout his years. He graduated in 2007 from East Webster High School, where he was known for his kindness and determination. Professionally, Justin found fulfillment as a woodworker at Ability Works in Starkville. His craftsmanship was a testament to his dedication and skill, and his colleagues admired him for his hard work and positive attitude. A devoted member of the Old Aberdeen Road Church of Christ, Justin's faith was a cornerstone of his life. He was a beacon of strength and grace, embodying the values of compassion and community. Justin had a profound love for the outdoors. Whether it was hiking, climbing, or simply enjoying the beauty of nature, he found joy in every moment spent under the open sky. He was an avid video game enthusiast and cherished the companionship of animals, particularly dogs, with whom he shared a unique bond. Despite the challenges posed by Huntington's Disease, Justin's indomitable spirit shone through. He refused to let his disability define him, living life on his own terms and inspiring others to do the same. His grandfather often remarked, "He was A CHAMPION," a testament to Justin's unwavering courage and strength. Justin leaves behind a legacy of love and perseverance. He is survived by his devoted mother, Linda, and a community of friends and loved ones who will forever hold his memory close. As we celebrate his life, we remember a man who truly lived, laughed, and loved deeply.
