In loving memory, we celebrate the life of Justin Cataldo, a cherished son, brother, partner, father, and friend, whose journey came to a peaceful end on May 15, 2026, after a courageous battle. Born on January 8, 1976, in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Justin lived a life filled with love, laughter, and an unwavering spirit that touched everyone he met.
Justin was the beloved son of James and Toni Cataldo. From an early age, he demonstrated a unique ability to make everyone feel at ease—a gift that he carried with him throughout his life. A graduate of Northville High School in 1994, Justin's journey in education led him to Life Chiropractic University, where he honed his skills and passion for helping others as a chiropractor. Later in his career, he ventured into sales, where his natural charisma and storytelling ability made him a beloved colleague and friend.
Known for his love of the great outdoors, Justin found joy in fishing and playing golf. These hobbies were not just pastimes but opportunities for him to create lasting memories with family and friends. Whether sharing a good story, casting a line, or teeing off on the golf course, Justin's presence was a beacon of warmth and kindness. To him, there were no strangers, only friends he had yet to meet.
Justin's greatest pride was his family. He leaves behind his devoted partner, Stacy Whelan, and their cherished son, Vincent Cataldo. His loving spirit also remains with his sister, Stacy Heath, her husband, Chip Heath, and their daughters, Kiley and Madison. Justin's aunts, uncles, cousins, and many close friends continue to carry his memory in their hearts.
A service to honor Justin's life will be held on June 27, 2026, at Timber Greens Golf and Country Club. All who knew him are welcome to join in celebrating a life well-lived. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Gulfside Hospice, in appreciation of the compassion and care they provided during Justin's final days.
The Cataldo family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Gulfside Hospice and to all those who have expressed their love and support. Justin's legacy of warmth, humor, and friendship will forever be remembered by those who had the privilege of knowing him. May his spirit continue to inspire us all to live with kindness and joy.
