After graduating from Oakland International High School, he returned to his roots in Louisiana to further his education at Grambling University. There, he earned a bachelor's degree in adult education, a testament to his commitment to lifelong learning and his passion for empowering others. A gifted poet and musical artist, Justin possessed the unique ability to transform the world around him with his words and music. His art was a reflection of his soul, filled with sincerity and grace. Those who had the privilege of knowing him can attest that his smile was ever-present, a beacon of light even in the darkest of times. His patience and faith were the pillars upon which he built his life, and he shared these virtues with everyone he encountered. Family was the cornerstone of Justin's existence. He held a deep and abiding love for his daughter, Paisley Rinila Adams, who predeceased him and will now be reunited with him in peace. His joy for life was further amplified by the anticipation of welcoming his unborn son, whose spirit will forever be carried in the hearts of those who knew Justin. Justin was predeceased by his siblings, Omania Adams and Joshua Merchant, and his beloved grandmother, Debra Adams. As he joins them in eternal rest, we find solace in knowing they are together again. In accordance with the family's wishes, a private funeral service will be held on May 30, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
