Celebrating the Life of Julio Pacheco It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Julio Pacheco, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, on February 15, 2026, at the age of 87. Born on October 28, 1938, in the enchanting town of Goa, Julio was the cherished son of the late Joaquim and Romaldina Pacheco. Julio was a man of immense warmth and kindness with a quick wit that brought laughter and joy to all who knew him. He lived a life rich in love and dedication, deeply rooted in family values. He is predeceased by his beloved wife, Jean, with whom he shared a beautiful journey of love and companionship. Together, they raised two wonderful children, Jocelyn and Jason, who, along with their spouses Gopal and Anju, blessed Julio with four adored grandchildren: Karishma, Neil, Nikhil, and Naisha. His legacy of love and laughter will forever continue through them. Julio's professional life was marked by his dedication to the Confederation of Indian Industry, where he served with integrity and passion. His commitment to his work was matched only by his enthusiasm for sports. An ardent sports fan, Julio found great joy in playing table tennis and the game of carton, often sharing these passions with friends and family. In addition to his immediate family, Julio will be lovingly remembered by his eldest brother, Jose, and his sisters, Sylvia, Lumen, and Zoraida. His extended family of nephews and nieces also held a special place in his heart, and he in theirs. Throughout his life, Julio exemplified resilience, strength, and compassion. These qualities endeared him to all who had the privilege of knowing him. His gentle nature and caring spirit left a lasting impact on everyone he met, weaving a tapestry of love and community that will remain vibrant for generations to come. Family, friends, and all those whose lives were touched by Julio are invited to join in celebrating his life at a funeral mass on February 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The service will take place at St. Peter’s Cemetery Chapel, located at 83, Dr. E. Moses Road, Worli, Mumbai, 400018. Following the mass, Julio will be laid to rest in a place of peace and reflection. As we gather to honor Julio's memory, we do so with gratitude for the time we shared and the love he bestowed upon us. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Julio's name to a charity of choice, reflecting his generous spirit and unwavering commitment to helping others. May Julio Pacheco rest in eternal peace, forever cherished in our hearts and memories.
