In loving memory, we celebrate the life of Julia Dieterle, who passed away peacefully on August 17, 2026, at the age of 85. Born on August 12, 1941, in the charming town of Middleberry, Connecticut, Julia was a beacon of love and resilience, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew her. Julia was the cherished daughter of Berry and Jane Boulish who instilled in her a deep sense of compassion and strength. Her life was a testament to these values as she dedicated herself to her family and community with unwavering devotion. She faced the challenges of life with grace, including her long battle with dementia, supported by the love and presence of her family. Surrounded by her beloved husband and children, Julia departed this world in the comfort of her home, a place filled with laughter, love, and countless cherished memories. Her husband, who predeceased her, was her partner in life and love, and together they built a family that thrives on the values they imparted. Julia's life will be honored at a service on September 20th 2026, at 11:00 AM, held at St Joseph’s Baptist. Family, friends, and all whose lives she touched are invited to join in celebrating the remarkable journey of a woman whose kindness and generosity knew no bounds. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to a charity of your choice, in honor of Julia's spirit of giving and her dedication to making the world a better place. Julia Dieterle's legacy is one of love, compassion, and strength. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered by all who were privileged to know her.
