In Loving Memory of Judith Jones Judith Ann Jones, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, peacefully departed this life on November 3, 2026, with her son by her side, enveloped in the love she so generously gave throughout her life. Born on September 29, 1944, in Livonia, Michigan, Judith was the cherished daughter of Mabel and Richard Birdsall. Judith's journey was marked by a deep-rooted faith and an unwavering love for her family and the simple joys of life. On October 6, 1962, she married the love of her life, Gary Jones. Together they shared 54 wonderful years, building a home filled with laughter and warmth in Canton, Michigan, and raising two devoted sons, Michael and Matthew. Her heart was further blessed with three precious grandchildren: Levi, Everley, and Ava, to whom she passed on her dry wit and sense of humor. Judith was predeceased by her beloved husband Gary, her parents Mabel and Richard, and her sister Linda. Her legacy lives on through her sons, Michael, and Matthew and his wife Lauren; her grandchildren; and her siblings, Larry Birdsall, Mary Moon, and Cindy Birdsall. A woman of kindness and compassion, Judith cared deeply for everyone around her, always ready with a listening ear and a comforting word. Her love for animals was evident in her tender care for her dogs, Chewy and Princess, who brought her endless joy. Judith's memory will forever be cherished by those who knew her. Her gentle spirit and loving nature will be dearly missed but fondly remembered by her family and friends. As a tribute to her love of animals, donations can be made in her name to the Michigan Humane Society. In the words of Barry Gibb of the Bee Gees, "I will see you at the end of the rainbow." Judith's family holds this hope close to their hearts as they remember a life so beautifully lived and deeply loved.
